Wash kale to get pesticides and germs from the store off
Rip or cut leaves into smaller shreds. Like salad sized leafs and put into a bowl
Pour olive oil into bowl and mix around until all leaves are coated. Don't use too much or kale will eat soggy
Put kale on cooking sheet and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top. Cook in oven at 300 degrees for 8-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted
